• When do you usually ship purchased merchandise?

  We Ship via UPS on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

• How can I find my shipping tracking number?

  Your tracking number is emailed to the 'Ship To' email address.

• Do you have a minimum order size/amount?

  We have a $40.00 minimum order size/amount.

• How much do you charge for shipping & handling?

  Our shipping and handling fees are included in all the product prices within the Continental U.S. unless otherwise noted.

• What is your return/exchange policy?

  Please inspect all orders upon receipt to check for damaged goods or order discrepancies. Recipient must contact Moonlite Bar-B-Q within 72 hours of package receipt at 1-800-322-8989 to obtain a refund or exchange an item. Depending on circumstances, we may require the return of the original item, the box it was delivered in, packaging materials and all box contents.
