Almost Grandma's

A few weeks ago, my second cousin that I had not seen in several years visited and we shared stories. I told her of the last visit I had with my Grandma, her Aunt. I had called Grandma in the late afternoon and announce I would be visiting her in Bluff City, KY (Henderson county), as soon as I could get there from Evansville. Grandma said all she had to fix for supper was frozen. I suggested she get some Burgoo out of the freezer. Being from Evansville, I rarely got it, and I love it. All through supper, Grandma worried that it was not enough, as I had my fill for sure. A few days later, my Grandma passed away. I will always remember my last visit with her. A couple of weeks after my cousin visited, there was a package on my porch. Inside, cans of Moonlight Burgoo Soup and a note referencing my Grandma's Burgoo.
I just ate one of the cans of Burgoo, and I must say, I am pleasantly surprised. You have a great soup, almost my Grandma's. It brought back memories of her soup, and our visits all over again. I will be ordering it from you, or picking it up anytime I am in the area.
Anyone who loves Burgoo, must try and buy yours. It's the best!
