Returns
Perishalble items are not returnable: In the event of an error on the part of Moonlite in processing your order. You should contact Moonlite at shippingmanager@moonlite.com
You may return any unopened Non Perishable item for a refund - for any reason - within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts).
Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from the Moonlite.com Web site or catalog. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed unless the return was a result of our error.
Refunds
We will contact you, by email or phone, as soon as we have received and processed your returned item(s). Refunds will be promptly credited back to your credit card or issued in the form of a check. We can only refund shipping fees if the return was a result of our error.
If you are returning a gift, we will issue you a gift certificate for the value of your return.
